![]() If I try them as is that means I drill 6 more holes for the top mount and wire and risk having to move them. Another part of me wants to pull them off and fill the 16 f ing holes with 5200 and tap over them and then move them further in and drill 16 more f ing holes in my boat. Part of me wants to go ahead and finish installing them and see how they do. I tried calling Lenco but they are closed for the weekend and I planned on using the boat tomorrow and trying out my new tabs. ![]() If I mount mine as high as I can the end of the tab will be about 1/4" or so BELOW the bottom of the boat. I know I should have spent more time dry fitting them but it is a bit too late for that now! My question is what to do now? The instruction call for mounting the actuators so the end of the tab is 3/4" higher than the boat bottom went fully retracted. One of the reasons I went with these tabs is because They allow for mounting with less transom height due to the swim platform. I was in the process of installing a set of Lenco 12x12 Edge Mount trim tabs and found out too late that I mounted them too far outside and the actuators cannot be mounted to allow the tabs to fully retract. ![]() Pretty upset with myself right now to say the least. ![]()
